1.1.6.     Distributing unsolicited commercial messages, mass emails, or promotional content (spam), including operating an open SMTP relay.

1.2.     Our shared hosting offerings are designed specifically for hosting websites and related content. Misuse of these resources may result in account suspension or limitation. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
1.2.1.     Reselling hosting services without an appropriate reseller plan (such as Cloud Prime, Elite, or Enterprise).
1.2.2.     Operating large-scale media or file-sharing portals intended for multiple public or subscription-based users. This does not include client-specific content delivery, such as private photo galleries for individual clients.

1.2.4.     Hosting personal cloud platforms or office software such as OwnCloud, NextCloud, or equivalent tools on shared environments.
1.3.     To maintain optimal system performance and service quality, Orizoncloud reserves the right to delete backup or archival files stored on our infrastructure for more than seven (7) days, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
    3.

Service Limitations, Account Suspension, and Termination Conditions

3.1.     Orizoncloud reserves the right to automatically impose storage restrictions on hosting accounts where disk usage increases at an unusually rapid rate. This measure is intended to prevent misuse and preserve overall service stability. In such cases, a provisional quota may be enforced. Both the account holder and our technical team will receive notification via email, and our staff will offer guidance to help resolve the matter and, where appropriate, lift the imposed restriction.
3.2.     Your hosting service may be suspended without prior notice under the following circumstances:
3.2.1.     Failure to remit payment by the scheduled due date. We disclaim responsibility for service interruptions resulting from unsuccessful payment attempts. Clients are advised to verify payment confirmations on the due date to avoid disruption.
3.2.2.     Detection of malicious software or other security threats within your hosting environment.
3.2.3.     Transmission of unsolicited emails, phishing attempts, or any form of fraudulent or deceptive email activity originating from your account.
3.3.     Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a serious breach of the contractual terms governing your use of our services. In such events, Orizoncloud may undertake any of the following measures:
3.3.1.     Issue a formal written warning.
3.3.2.     Request the immediate deletion of problematic emails or media content, or recommend a service upgrade to a Virtual Private Server if resource usage exceeds acceptable levels on a shared hosting plan.
3.3.3.     Enforce the temporary or permanent deactivation of your hosting account, without refund.
3.3.4.     Remove offending content or data from our infrastructure with immediate effect.
3.3.5.     Initiate legal action, including the recovery of expenses incurred as a direct result of your breach, such as administrative, technical, or legal costs.
3.3.5.     Report the incident to relevant legal or regulatory authorities if deemed necessary.
3.4.     Orizoncloud accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from enforcement actions taken in response to violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. The above remedies are illustrative and do not limit our ability to pursue additional corrective actions as deemed appropriate.
